Gourmet Chicken and Chive Sausages – Chipolata Style

Minced chicken breast and thigh meat, blended with rice flour, chives, spices and seasoning, in a thin Chipolata-style collagen casing.  High in Quality, low in fat, with a delicate chicken flavour.  Ideal to grill, Shallow fry or BBQ – medium heat until cooked through.

Chicken Rissoles

Minced chicken thigh meat, blended with wheat flour, spices and seasoning, and crumbed. Great to shallow fry or BBQ – medium heat until cooked through. Available in several different flavours including:

• Chicken and Cheese Rissoles – contains real pieces of Cheese
• Chicken and Vegetable Rissoles – contains real vegetable pieces

Crumbed Chicken Breast Supremes (Fresh/Frozen)

A crumbed boneless chicken breast with the skin off, rolled and filled with Garlic Butter (Kiev)

Royale Chicken Breast Supremes (Frozen)

A chicken breast fillet (uncrumbed) with the first wing joint on, filled with Spinach & Cheese. Cooks from frozen in oven in 35-40 minutes.

Chicken Wellingtons (Frozen)

Marinated Chicken Tenderloins in a puff pastry casing.  Cooks from frozen in the oven in 35-40 minutes. For best result use Glad Bake. Available fillings are:

• Apricot
• Sweet Curry
• Cheese & Spinach

Chicken Breast Schnitzels (Fresh)

A single Skin Off Breast Fillet (skin & Tenderloin off) flattened and crumbed. Available in 3 flavours

• Regular
• Garlic
• Pepper

All Fresh products are either Modified Atmosphere Packed (MAP) for longer life or packed in bulk for convenient usage.
